Student Consumer Information
The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), requires colleges and universities that participate in federal student aid programs to provide certain information to students, families, employees, and the public.
Some of these requirements involve disclosures鈥攊nformation that must be shared directly or made easily available. Others involve reporting鈥攊nformation submitted to the U.S. Department of Education or other agencies.
