The fastest way to get technology help is to submit a Fast Form. Choose the form that best matches your issue and fill out all fields. A 91成人 support specialist will respond within 24 hours during regular Help Desk hours.

Note: Requests submitted on weekends or holidays will be answered the next 91成人 business day (or sooner when possible).

Credit Students

If you鈥檙e a credit student at 91成人:

1. Go to and log in. 
2. Click on the Technology Help Desk card.
3. Select New Ticket and complete the required fields.
4. Click Submit.

Faculty

If you鈥檙e an instructor at 91成人:

1. Go to and log in. 
2. Click on the IT Support card.
3. Select 91成人 Support (on the Quick Links menu)
4. Select New Ticket and complete the required fields.
5. Click Submit.
